Design for Human Flourishing
OUR SERVICES
Professional expertise for every stage of your project
Our practice is founded on a balance of creative vision and technical rigour, driven by a client-centric approach that prioritises active listening, transparency, and ethical stewardship. We act as your trusted advocate, ensuring that high-quality design outcomes are delivered through a collaborative process rooted in integrity and professional excellence.
As an ARIDO-registered and NCIDQ-certified practice, we lead a technical, multi-faceted process that goes beyond aesthetics. We focus on the health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitant by creating functional spaces that comply with building codes and fire regulations. From programming and space planning to technical documentation for building permits, we ensure every environment is evidence-based and professionally managed.
We use a data-driven process to align your physical and virtual environments with your business goals, culture, and employee needs. By assessing work patterns and surveying preferences, we optimize your facilities to boost productivity, collaboration, and well-being.
We treat furniture as a strategic investment in human performance and long-term ergonomics rather than a mere expense. Our process provides access to a deep network of industry partners to source high-quality, sustainable, and durable solutions tailored to your specific functional requirements. From initial budget setting and vendor negotiations to the coordination of final installation, we manage the entire lifecycle to ensure your furniture solution is cost-effective, compliant, and seamlessly integrated.
We apply structured knowledge and tools to plan, execute, and control every task, ensuring project goals are met within scope, time, and budget.
We utilize a reliable, step-by-step Design-Bid-Build (DBB) process—from initial conceptualisation to the final walkthrough—to prevent scope creep and mitigate risk. Acting as your technical advocate, we coordinate with engineers, review architectural plans, and oversee contractors to ensure that the original "design intent" is flawlessly executed and professionally delivered.
OUR EXPERTISE
Design Sectors
We embrace the shift toward functional intelligence, wellness, resilience and sustainability across all sectors.
+ Workplace
Moving toward "Resimercial" environments and Activity-Based Working (ABW) that replace the "desk farm" with collaborative neighborhoods and restorative biophilic zones.
+ Education
Creating student-centered, flexible classrooms with calming palettes that support different learning styles, both digital collaboration and focused, individual learning.
+ Residential
Shifting from minimalism to refined expressive storytelling, focusing on "slow decorating," sustainable materials, and grounding, earthy palettes.
+ Healthcare
Utilizing hospitality-inspired, non-clinical designs and "Onstage/Offstage" models to reduce patient anxiety and improve staff efficiency.
+ Hospitality
Designing "Workspitality" hubs that blend community, co-working, and experiential storytelling through hyper-personalized, data-driven environments.
+ Retail
Shifting from "transactional" to "experiential" design. Spaces are curated as community hubs that offer sensory engagement, interactive storytelling, and a seamless blend of digital and physical brand experiences.
Meet the Principal Designer
Blanca Agregado, BID, ARIDO, NCIDQ
Blanca was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 2001. Her early years here were defined by a deep commitment to community; she volunteered extensively and held numerous leadership positions, which shaped her approach to organizations and servant leadership.
She attended Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) for Interior Design. Her thesis focused on the phenomenology of healing spaces—exploring how physical environments can contain spiritual forms and how these design elements can be replicated to provide healing outside of traditional ecclesiastical settings.
Her professional path includes experience with national retail roll-outs at Bell Canada and KPaul Architect, commercial interior design at Britacan and Savills-Studley, and most recently, as a Workplace Consultant at CTI Working Environments, where she managed complex commercial workflows and high-stakes procurement.
Having recently earned her NCIDQ certification, Blanca is pursuing leadership training through Tepeyac Leadership Institute (TLI). She is focused on bridging technical excellence with intentional stewardship, advocating for design standards that prioritize well-being and inclusivity, and advocating for an improved quality of life.
Blanca plays a pivotal role in shaping both the creative direction and the business success of the firm. As the Principal Designer, she is responsible for defining a design vision that balances artistic expression with overarching business objectives.
